The monday connector ($3,925) is a separate quote and isn't on this invoice.
The Essentials plan
Every plan includes day-to-day support and works your list in your order. A "build" is one project, like the connector prep. On Essentials, one build runs at a time.
What the plan can cover
Anything your team needs within the plan's hours, in the order you set. On the list today:
- Support while onboarding settles inOne person to message who knows the whole setup. As real use shows which settings need changing, I change them and keep the guides current.
- Connector prep with Elan's sideMapping sessions on how TeamBridge and monday hand off, the process maps Elan's team asked for, and the TeamBridge setup, ending in a written scope doc.
- The confidentiality layerPay and sensitive fields visible only to the right people. TeamBridge can only hide a field from a whole access group, so this likely means custom views, scoped first.
- The data change formPromotions, transfers, pay and title changes collected in TeamBridge on the way to ADP. Part waits on TeamBridge's own ADP integration work; the rest can be built now.
- A clear answer on HR AcuityWhat moves into TeamBridge, and whether and when the license can be dropped. If it's a go, leave of absence moves first.
- Offboarding and the weekly ADP refreshThe same separation steps every time someone leaves, access included. Exits and job changes flow from ADP into TeamBridge, so titles stay current.
- The careers site and your custom appsUpkeep of the careers site and the recruiter, hiring manager and internal-tasks dashboards.
- Anything else, in your orderCertification renewals and reminders, manager views, and any new request, fix or improvement your team brings.
How the plan works
- Month to month from Mon Nov 2, with no contract term.
- Change plans any month, up or down, with one week's notice before the next invoice.
- Hours are a guide, not a meter. Each plan reserves that much of my time. Hours don't roll over, and if a month is tracking light, I'll flag it so the next one can be sized down.
- Billed monthly in advance through Stripe, by bank or card. No account needed.
- Work beyond the plan's hours is quoted and approved first.
- Pacific time, Monday to Friday. If something needs TeamBridge's own team, I work your other priorities meanwhile.
- Guides, runbooks and the setup belong to Woodcraft, not to me.
